Established in 2017, HR Consulting  Services, LLC (HRCS) is a local, Mid-Ohio Valley Human Resources Consulting Firm which serves area employers of all sizes with business operations re-engineering, Human Resources infrastructure and employee development.
As professional consultants, we work with local employers to customize individualized services plans, which provides the necessary information, tools and resources to meet business operations, Human Resources needs and governmental compliance requirements.

SHERRY LONG STEVENS

Sherry is a graduate of Mountain State University with a Masters Degree of Science in Strategic Leadership and Bachelors of Science Degree in Organizational Management from Ohio Valley University. She has over twenty-three years of experience working with small to corporate business operations.
Sherry co-established HR Consulting Services, LLC, where she serves as a professional Human Resources and Business Consultant. Sherry also serves as the  Compliance Officer for Advance Sourcing Concepts, LLC, based in Pittsburgh, PA.
Sherry is a native to the Mid-Ohio Valley where she resides with her family.

RHONDA POLING

Rhonda is a graduate of Ohio Valley University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management. She has over thirty-five years of experience working in business and corporate managerial operations and Human Resources. In 2017, Rhonda co-established HR Consulting Services, LLC, where she serves as professional Human Resources and Business Consultant. She is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). Rhonda is a native to the Mid-Ohio Valley where she resides with her husband David.
